Women believe that men don't know how to communicate with them. You need to know that men have a 'different' way to send information or to process it. Men, when they communicate, do not share the details and emotions associated with their experiences as women do. But they tend to focus on the facts. However, because of their ego and their desire to win at everything they do, they assume they are good communicators, but the same problem plagues almost all relationships at one time or another. For successful communication with a man, here are some tips to help you better understand him and therefore to know why he had so often difficulties to understand you.
Don't try to establish a relationship with a man through communication. Understand that men communicate to share information, not to establish relationships. This means a conversation with a man might not always be as satisfying as a conversation with a girlfriend.
You have to know that a man uses less words when talking than a woman. Don’t be frustrated when he’s not as interested in chatting as you are. Men tend to speak half as many words as women do on a daily basis. A man, when he has nothing to say stops talking.
Keep the conversation short. Once a point has been made, stop talking. Women have the tendency to talk too much and for too long. Keep the discussion short and then wait for him to think and respond. And when he talks, listen carefully to the answers and responses. It may be hard to listen to comments that hurt, which can occur during an argument, but it’s the only way to work out where both of you go from there. Men and women often don’t see the same thing in the same way. Stick to the topic of conversation; give him options to help solve matters and keep the talk brief.

Tell him that you don't want solutions ! Do you know that men are problem solvers and that their brain focuses on problem solution ? In your conversation, he tends to see the problems that a woman may share with them as needing to be fixed or solved, and this may tire them, when all she wants is to talk about them. Don't be shocked if he leaves you in the middle of a conversation, that's because he didn't find solutions.
Men don't see relationships as something one talks about, but rather as something one does. By simply doing things with you or even being with you, a man is building on your relationship. He'd be quite happy spending the entire day working with you without the two of you saying as much as three words to each other. He'll come away with a renewed sense of intimacy and confidence in the relationship, happy that you two have shown once again that you can work as a seamless team. While you'll be upset that he never once told you that he loved you and you will conclude that he is not interested in you. You are wrong !
Let him know what you want. If there is a pressing matter that needs to be discussed, tell him so. Don’t assume he shares the same need. He needs a clear sign that you have something to talk about. That gives him the idea that the talk is important and he is more likely to give full attention to it. So don't wait that he takes the initiative to talk.
Knowing that men are communicators' different 'from you, you need to simply accept that difference, to try to understand it in order to manage the communication. To establish a successful communication with a man, you need to speak in his own language and not yours. Remember, a man does not read in your mind, does not predict what you want, so do not assume that he knows everything, that he pretends not to understand, while in fact he knows nothing !
